“Not too long ago, I was packing for a week long business trip and realized I had forgotten to pick up my dry cleaning at Prestige. I had several items of clothing that I needed for this trip…and it was Sunday, when Prestige is closed. I stopped by the location I go to just to see if someone was there. Unfortunately they were not. I then called the corporate office and sent a FB message. To my surprise, Denise from the corporate office responded to my message, and she asked that I call her cell. When we spoke, she arranged a time for me to meet her at the location (20 minutes north of where she was that day) to pick up my dry cleaning. This was over and above anything I had expected.
